CNB FINANCIAL ANNOUNCES STROUSE PROMOTED TO VICE PRESIDENT/HOLIDAY FINANCIAL SERVICES

William F. Falger, President and CEO of CNB Financial Corporation, recently announced the promotion of Joe Strouse to Vice President of Holiday Financial Services Corporation. Holiday Financial Services Corporation is a subsidiary of CNB Financial Corporation that specializes in consumer discount lending.
Mr. Strouse began his financial services career with FNB Consumer Discount Company in 1990, as Assistant Manager of the institutionâ€™s office in Bradford, PA. In 1992, he earned a promotion to Manager of the St. Marys office. Mr. Strouse later joined Northwest Consumer Discount Company, where he managed the Clearfield Consumer Discount Company office for twelve years before joining the initiative of CNB Financial Corporation in opening the Holiday Financial Services office located at the Clearfield Mall in 2006. In his most recent position as Assistant Vice President of Holiday Financial Corporation, Mr. Strouse was responsible for managing the daily operations and loan portfolio of the Clearfield Mall office.
In his new position as Vice President, Mr. Strouse will have the overall responsibility for developing corporate policies and procedures, corporate compliance, and establishing goals and objectives at the corporate level as well as for the individual local branch offices. He will continue to utilize his financial services experience to assist his customers with their financial needs and manage the daily operations of the office in Clearfield. In addition, Joe will oversee the management of the offices located in Ridgway, Bradford, and Erie, PA.
A native of !DuBois, Joe graduated from !DuBois Area High School in 1986. He went on to receive his B.S. degree with a major in Business Administration/Management and minor in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh in 1990. Joe presently resides in Clearfield with his wife, Brenda, and children, Mason, Abby and Caleb. He is a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Clearfield.
